Athletes with suspected concussions will be required to sit out immediately and may not return until proper documentation is received by appropriate medical staff.
If your child is too sick to attend school, virtual school, homeschool, or day care, STAY HOME and do not bring them to gymnastics class. Please keep sick children at home to rest and be considerate of the health of other children and coaches.

How to Dress for Gymnastics Class
A leotard is HIGHLY recommended but not required.
NO LEOTARDS WITH SKIRTS.
NO JEANS OR DRESSES.
No crop tops, see through shirts, or plain sports bras without a shirt. Tummies must be covered and shirts tucked in.
Shorts, sweatpants, capris, or leggings and a t-shirt/tank top are a great choice if you do not have a leotard.
Clothing should be close fitting but not too loose/baggy. This is to prevent clothes from being caught on the equipment.
Hair must be pulled back out of the child’s face.
Children will be barefoot during class.
Bad Weather & Make Up Class Policies
We do not offer make up classes for an individual gymnast's absences caused by illness or scheduling conflicts. Please check your schedule carefully before committing to a six-week session.
If local schools are canceled due to inclement weather, we will decide by around noon that day whether or not gymnastics classes will be held. We will text you via Remind App with any changes. Always check the website and Facebook page for updates.
Class Rules
Have a good attitude.
Do your best.
Stay off the equipment unless a coach tells you it’s okay. This is for your child's safety.
Follow directions from your coach.
Children who do not follow the rules will be given a verbal warning first. If the behavior continues, the coach will have the child sit in Time Out for a few minutes until she/he is ready to participate safely.
Children who have receive multiple Time-Outs in a class period or show unsafe behaviors will be removed from class for the remainder of that day.
